Mr Michael Haynes

Executive Chairman

Mike has more than 18 years experience in the mining industry. He is a qualified geologist/geophysicist. Over the past five years he has been instrumental in the identification, acquisition and financing of resources projects. He has also been intimately involved in the incorporation and initial public offerings of several resources companies, and in the ongoing financing and management of several of these companies. He is currently the Managing Director of Black Range Minerals Limited and the Chairman of Overland Resources Limited and Genesis Minerals Limited.

Mr Anthony Goddard

Technical Director

Tony graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1992 with a first class honours degree in Geology. He has more than 16 years exploration experience worldwide, primary for gold and copper, with companies including BHP, Rio Tinto, Equinox Resources, Phelps Dodge and Barrick Gold, as well as acting as an independent consultant. Tony has extensive global experience in project generation, identification and acquisition, mostly recently as regional generative geologist for Barrick Gold in Australia and Eurasia.

Mr Faldi Ismail

Non-Executive Director

Faldi has many years experience as a corporate consultant specialising in the restructure and recapitalisation of a wide range of ASX listed companies. Faldi spent over four years working as a tax supervisor with a major Perth based accounting firm working within their Tax and Corporate Restructuring Divisions. Faldi is currently a Director of ASX listed Kangaroo Resources Limited and Cape Range Wireless Limited. He is the principal director of Romfal Corporate Pty Ltd, a privately-owned corporate consulting firm.

Mr Nicholas Day

Company Secretary

Nick has more than 15 years experience in corporate finance and the resources industry. Previously he was CFO and Company Secretary of Antaria and AIM & ASX listed mining company Albidon Ltd. Prior to this, Nick was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young. In addition to his company secretarial skills he has experience in strategic planning, business development, acquisitions and mergers, bankable feasibility studies, and project development general management.

Mr Nicholas Walker

Country Manager – Canada

Nick has over 15 years experience as a geologist in Australia, Finland and Ireland with companies including Outokumpu, CRAE and Vulcan Resources Limited and most recently as an independent consultant. He has been involved in the exploration and mining of a range of commodities including gold and base metals in a variety of geological settings and geographical terrains. Mr Walker has practical experience in all aspects of mineral exploration from conceptual through to feasibility studies and brownfields resource delineation as well as underground mining operations.
