We are committed to making a positive difference in the communities in which we operate. We are empowered to create opportunities to generate greater value for our shareholders, while at the same time fostering sustainable development and opportunities in the communities in which we work.

As part of this, we try, within commercial reason, to source as much local labour and services as practicable from the communities where we operate, and to be a part of the local community. We believe in engaging and informing local stakeholders, especially indigenous communities, in the areas we operate in an open and transparent way.

It is the desire of the company to show how our exploration activities may affect relevant stakeholders, and to address any concerns which groups may have and any potential impacts on traditional lands or trap lines.

The Company holds regular and frequent meetings with First Nations communities so as to inform them of our exploration activities and how they may affect their traditional lands and to listen to any concerns that may be held.

Regular Open House meetings are also held for the wider community in and around Nestor Falls for the Cameron Gold Project. The Company views these meetings as necessary in order to keep local communities up to date with the current and planned work at Cameron.
